Summer has just started and I am wrapping up a couple of details on two lamps for Dana McKenna Designs in Richmond VA. This one is a brown and cream in a matte waxed finish with a saddle-brown cord. I chose the snappy purple Fermoie shade for the photo (thank you Cville Shade Shop) because I love the combo of the off-green of my kitchen with almost any purple. It’s a summery color combo….

I was planning to take a rest this summer with my little gal, but it looks like I might be in for a fun project with another favorite Richmond designer. Fingers crossed.
